We provide personalized, nonclinical mental health and addiction recovery support to adults 18 and older throughout Central Oregon.

Our approach is rooted in lived experience, genuine connection, and the understanding that everyone's recovery journey is different.

As an Oregon Health Authority-certified Adult Addictions Peer Support Specialist and certified Community Health Worker, our founder is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, build confidence, develop healthy coping strategies, and connect with community resources.

Steady Ember was created for those seeking a more personal approach to recovery and wellness, including individuals who may feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by traditional systems of care.
